Shipping Information

  • Packages are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise requested. We ship from Winnipeg, MB Canada.

  • US & International orders: Items are shipped via Standard Air Mail without tracking unless otherwise requested

  • Canadian orders: Most packages are shipped Expedited service with tracking or Lettermail when possible. Please contact us or select rush shipping should you require rush delivery.

  • International orders: Standard Air mail service does not include tracking. Please contact us should you require tracking or rush shipping service.

  • Shipping to most international destinations typically takes approximately 14 business days. Please be aware that shipping times may be longer if your parcel is held for customs inspection in the destination country, or in cases of inclement weather.

  • We reserve the right to upgrade shipping to include a tracking number on shipments at our discretion.

  • All customs and import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and parcels will be marked as merchandise / sale of goods. Please ensure you take into account any potential import taxes and fees before you place your order.

  • Please ensure that you provide a complete address including your full name & address. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages if the address you provide is incorrect or incomplete.

  • We are an eco-friendly business & avoid using plastic packaging. We may (and will) use recycled envelopes or packaging when possible. Please help us reduce waste by recycling & re-using our packaging. Thank you!

  • A note on shipping costs: Please note that shipping costs have increased significantly. We always look for the most affordable options. Recent world events have caused shipping rates to increase between 20% - 25%. (As of May 2022) Most packages shipped within Canada cost on average $20 - $30+ depending on location & package size/weight. We will continue to charge less than the actual shipping costs. Please understand as we include minimal increases to our shipping rates. Free standard shipping is provided within North America on orders of $199+


Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted with approval. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt & orders must be returned within 14 days of receipt with our return form (This will be provided to you when you contact us about your order).

  • Sale / Discounted items are Final Sale

  • Unsure about sizing? Please contact us - were happy to guide you in choosing the right size!

  • Returned items must not have been worn or have any signs of wear. If an item is received with obvious signs of wear there will be a 25% restocking fee & a credit note will be offered. Absolutely no returns on worn items.

  • Custom made garments are non-returnable. Please do contact us if you have any issue with your purchase. We will gladly work with you to resolve any issues.

  • PLEASE NOTE - ANY REFUNDS OR RETURNS/EXCHANGES DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS - In all cases we charge less than the actual cost of shipping on packages to save you from paying the added costs. This comes out of our small margin of profit - please consider that if we have agreed on a return or exchange of an item there is no refund on the cost of shipping or duties/taxes paid. Thanks so much for understanding.

  • Refunds are offered on all damaged or lost merchandise with tracking. We do everything we possibly can to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely, and would never knowingly send a faulty item! Packages that are shipped with tracking are typically insured, therefore if you receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in - this is necessary to make an insurance claim.

  • Please note that we will never ask for any personal financial information for giveaways. Customers and/or winners will always be contacted directly with the information they provided to confirm any winnings. Please note giveaway offers expire 6 months after winnings have been confirmed with the recipient and unclaimed prizes are no longer available after 6 months of the winning announcements whether the winner has confirmed receipt or not.
