GIVING BACK
Giving Back Mask - Update
Thank you to everyone who showed support for our Giving Back initiative!
$10 from the sale of each of the Giving Back mask was donated to a local Indigenous organization. We raised $200 for our donation and rounded it up to $250.
Proceeds were donated to Ikwe Widdjiitiwin (Women helping women). Their mission is to support Aboriginal women and their children and end family violence, by offering shelter during crisis and nurturing hope, change and empowerment for tomorrow. Please visit their website to find out more.
Time to take a beat!
Hello from the Simone’s Rose studio!
You may have caught wind of our radical news through our social media platforms but if you haven't... We're doing something we never (ever) do! Starting Wednesday July 29th through to Wednesday Aug 12 we'll be closing both our Etsy and SimonesRose.com online shops.
These past 4 months or so have been a whirlwind to say the least. From not knowing what would happen to this business I worked so hard to build, to switching gears into making personal protective equipment in the form of masks and medical gowns and launching a collection at such an uncertain time - it has been a rollercoaster. The work days have been long with very little breathing room in between so here we are - time to take a beat.
We'll still be plugging away behind the scenes to catch up on and to process all orders received through to July 29th and then I look forward to taking some time to soak it all in and reflect on all the things I'm grateful for.
All orders placed by Tuesday July 29th will ship within our normal time frame. Ready to ship items: 1-3 business days / Made to order items: 3-10 business days. Please note, this will not affect any current orders. Rest easy - don't panic, we're not going anywhere, just taking a much needed break.
Online shops will re-open Thursday, Aug. 13th
Thank you for all your support recently and always,
Michelle

Simone's Rose is an ethical brand - we are all about doing our part to make the world a better place. Knowing that we are surrounded by and part of the structural racism in the world means we have to do a better job at contributing to the greater good. This includes educating ourselves, un-learning, supporting + amplifying BIPOC (including queer + trans) voices in our community. We are committed to doing better and taking actions like donating, taking an even closer look at our supply chains + educating ourselves further to become better allies. You can always reach us with any questions, comments or concerns. Thank you for your support in helping us do our part!
